New Kangia River Lodge U.S. angler week announced for 2027

A few weeks ago we announced that, due to a cancellation, 5 spots had opened in the previously sold out U.S. angler weeks for 2027 at Kangia River Lodge. The response was unsurprisingly fast and furious and the spots sold out in less than 48 hours. Even after the spots were sold out, more and more anglers continued to express interest.
So, working with our partners in Greenland, we came up with a solution — adding another U.S. angler week to the schedule. This was accomplished by adjusting one of the existing weeks on the schedule — Week #7 — to allowing it to coincide better with the United Airlines flight schedules in and out of Newark, NJ (EWR).
This week won't work exactly the same as the other two U.S. angler weeks, each of which features 5 days of fishing and requires 1 overnight stay in Nuuk, Greenland on either end of the trip. For Week #7, anglers will get to enjoy an extended 7-day fishing week, but will need to spend an additional night in Nuuk on the back end of the trip.
Here's a look at what this week's itinerary will look like for North America-based anglers:
Sept. 4 (SAT): Arrival to Nuuk, stay at hotel
Sept. 5 (SUN): Transfer to lodge
Sept 6-12 (MON-SUN) Seven days of fishing
Sept 13 (MON): Transfer to hotel in Nuuk
Sept. 14 (TUE): Additional overnight stay in Nuuk
Sept. 15 (WED): Flight out of Nuuk to Newark
Pricing for this week is 7050 EURO per person. Please note: there is no single angler upcharge at Kangia River Lodge.
